Women Entrepreneurship
BAIKUNTHAPUR TARUN SANGHABTS has been instrumental in driving women’s entrepreneurship in rural regions, offering a range of livelihood development training programs. Through these programs, rural women have embarked on various income-generating ventures, such as Joriwork, Bio-Farming, fish vending, vegetable selling, operating local stalls, and managing rice-processing units. These initiatives aim to enhance their financial independence, reduce poverty, and curtail the need for migration to urban areas.
