Oldage Support Program

BAIKUNTHAPUR TARUN SANGHA
In the Sunderban Regions, acknowledging the challenges faced by beggars, single men and women, and other marginalized members of the community, a dedicated Assistance Programme has been initiated. This program aims to cater to individuals often overlooked by traditional social support systems. Every month, these individuals receive dry ration support, ensuring their steady access to essential food staples, regardless of their socio-economic background. This initiative does more than just address the immediate nutritional needs; it brings a sense of inclusion, security, and dignity to these often-neglected members of the community. By assuaging their daily concerns about sustenance, the program aims to offer some respite and a sense of belonging to those who, despite their circumstances, remain an integral part of the community fabric.
