On 28th January 2022, the eve of BTS Foundation Day (celebrated on 29th January), the Rotary Club of Calcutta Universe and Rotary Club of Kolkata Galaxy presented BTS and its dedicated Secretary, Mr. Susanta Giri, with a Certificate of Appreciation. This recognition celebrated Mr. Giri’s sustained commitment to the development and betterment of the impoverished and marginalized communities in Sunderban.
On 19th February 2020, in New Delhi, Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha was honored as the first runner-up for its remarkable efforts in mobilizing local funds to support the education of disadvantaged children in Sunderban. The award, a testament to their commitment to grassroots empowerment, was graciously received by our esteemed Secretary, Mr. Susanta Giri, from Mr. Santanu Mishra, the Executive Trustee of Smile Foundation.
On Teacher’s Day, September 5th, 2021, the Innerwheel Club of Calcutta Megacity honored our esteemed Secretary, Mr. Susanta Giri, with the Nation Building Award. This recognition was for his unwavering dedication to serving the people of Sunderban, West Bengal, over a span of 32 years.
On 26th January 2017, BTS – Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha received recognition from Dakshin Chabbish Pargana Zila Sanskriti Parishad, applauding our notable development efforts for the underserved residents of Sunderban, West Bengal. The certificate of honor was graciously accepted by our esteemed Secretary, Susanta Giri.
